Reese - 3 months!
I honestly can't believe how fast time has flown, but today, Reese is 12 weeks old! She has had an exciting first 3 months of her life including numerous trips to the pool (she even got in a few times), numerous trips to lakes (Shady Oak, Bryant Lake, Minnetrista, etc...), a trip up north with the Ryerse clan to Grandview and a trip to Madison to visit her Godmama and kids and get to know her future husband, Koen :)
As I'm knocking on wood, she continues to be a very easy baby. I don't know what we did to get another awesome sleeper and I can say she is officially a better sleeper than Fuzz was at this age. Most days, she gets a very choppy morning nap because we are constantly going places for Fuzz. In turn though, I usually get a 4-5 hour afternoon nap and then she goes down somewhere between 7:30-8:00 and sleeps until 7:30-8 the next morning.
Feeding wise, she eats like a pig and was a much better (more efficient that is) eater than her brother. She smiles ALL the time now and it is my favorite thing to get her after sleeping because I am always greeted with a huge smile. She also started laughing and you can almost always get her to laugh when singing B-I-N-G-O. She has about 90% head control. Once in awhile I will get cracked in the chin but for the most part, she is very strong. She also isn't a huge fan of tummy time but will do it...usually she follows whatever Fuzz or Adi is doing. They are great for constant entertainment for her.
I attached another pic of the 3 month comparison between the two kids. Other than the smile (which is new since the last comparison), I still don't see a huge resemblance. And you would think compared to Fuzz that I took Reese to the tanning bed, but I promise you I don't...she has her Auntie Meg's skin.
