Reese Update

Since the flu is flying through our house (or mostly just Fuzz), we have had a lot of "house" time...because of that, Reese has gotten quite a bit of floor attention, both on her back and tummy, which normally doesn't happen very often ;)

Reese discovered her hands awhile ago, but now they flail like no ones business because she tries to grab at anything around her and put it in her mouth.  My hair, earrings, nose, Fuzz's hair, anything.  When I took the picture below, as soon as her shirt went over her head, hands went flying up.  It almost looks like she is conducting a symphony...

The other milestone we are close to is sitting up by herself.  She will sit in the tripod position (sitting up with hands between her legs) for as long as she doesn't see something she wants.  And the other day, she sat up in a regular sitting position for almost a minute before flailing.  When she sees something she wants, she looks like she is trying to swim because she launches herself backwards hands and legs going at the same time. Two things from the picture below...1) you can tell she is pretty proud of herself and 2) could she look any more like an Aafedt?  I think the Ryerse gene must be mutated or something...
