So many new things to write about...

I'll try and update you on all the stuff that has gone on here in the last few weeks... #1 - Another visit to the apple orchard with dad Fuzz, David and I headed back down to the apple orchard in Jordan on a gorgeous Saturday a few weeks back because I wanted to show dada how much Fuzz loved it there...and we wanted to get some pumpkins. We got there and Fuzz immediately wanted to get on the tractor to take us out to the apple trees. He showed dada that he could eat an apple all by himself and also pull it off the tree by himself. One highlight of this trip was that Fuzz decided to take a "poo-poo" in the middle of the orchard so we had to change him in the middle of one of the rows. I'm sure everyone loved us for that :) We were there for quite a bit to let Fuzz run out some energy, but he had so much fun chasing the tractor and dada around. Gee, can you tell that Fuzz is ALL Aafedt and zero Ryerse from this pic ;) #2 - Our visit to Madison to see "Tee-Tee and Lil Cullen" I love going to visit Madison for numerous reasons, but this trip was by FAR the best one we have been on. For the first time since all the kids were born, Tyra, Fuzz and Cullen actually played together. It took Fuzz all of about 2 minutes to warm up when we got there because Tyra was already asking him if he wanted to see the Dora tent in her room. They were playing immediately. Playing...I mean flirting. It was amazing to watch these two...flirting across the dinner table, flirting while chasing each other around, while in the bathtub, etc... And the best part was that even Cullen got into the action too. The first night, they all wanted to play in Cullen's crib. We put all three kids in there and I kid you not, they were in there for a good 30 minutes jumping on each other, tackling each other and throwing blankets at each other. They were all panting and sweating by the time they got out. And I was impressed, since both Fuzz and Tee-Tee are quite a bit bigger than Cullen and he held his own like a champ and even tried to tackle Fuzz a few times. The next day, we took Tee-Tee to pre-school and then Cullen and Fuzz to storytime at Barnes and Noble. This was entertaining because being the total boys they are, Fuzz and Cullen wanted NOTHING to do with sitting still so Mama Cullen and I would wave to each other from across the store while we were chasing our kids. Cullen loved to run around, while Fuzz was a tad OCD with the stairs and ramp. After storytime, we went to pick Tee-Tee up from school and then went to Laredo's for lunch. Yum, it is making me crave Mexican food. For the first time since all the kids were born, they were ALL on the same nap schedule which left time for me and Mama Cullen to actually hang out. I had such a great time and it was so not fun to leave. Fuzz woke up the first morning we were home, got out of his crib and immediately started running around the house yelling "TEE-TEE" at the top of his lungs. All in all, such a great trip and he was so exhausted on the way home that he was sound asleep before we even left Madison and slept for over 3 hours! #3 - Halloween at Minikahda Last night was the Halloween party at Minikahda. We met Jody, Payton and Ryan there. It was a great time...maybe a tad old for Fuzz, but he was at least able to run around and burn off some energy. He went in his cow costume and got quite a few chuckles along the way. The picture below is the special treat he gets once every great moon...a kiddie cocktail. His favorite (and what I used to order there ALL the time when I was little). Didn't do much for him going to bed on time because of the sugar high, but it kept him quiet at the dinner table, so I didn't care at all :)
