Houston Vacation

Thanks to Jeff Faust, we found this cool place to write all about Fuzz (Michael) and his adventures.

We just got back from Houston visiting my friend Lesley and David was there for a conference. We had a great time and the weather was about 75 and sunny the whole time (much more than I can say from here...) I was a tad nervous as this was our first flight with child, but I must say, he was a trooper both flights. Our way out was Saturday which was when 6" of snow had fallen by the time we were supposed to leave. The flight after us was canceled so our flight was jam packed. We got out of the gate relatively on time...then we sat on the runway for almost 2 hours waiting to be "de-iced." Fuzz fell asleep for about 20 minutes but he woke up in a pool of his own sweat on dad as we didn't have air because the plane was off. He didn't sleep a wink the whole rest of the way, but was entertaining all of the people around us. On the way home, of course we were delayed again. We got on the flight and he fell asleep right as we were taking off and slept the whole flight.

We did a ton of shopping and hanging out with Ella, Lesley's almost 14 month old daughter. We also were lucky enough to stay at the Four Seasons (thanks to Winthrop & Weinstine) which was awesome!

At the airport in Houston, Michael absolutely loved to look out the window at the trucks hauling stuff below. Until he fell over and hit his head on the floor ;)
