Mini Daycare in Mad-Town!

Fuzz and I just got back from a visit to Madison. We visited with his future wife, Tyra (almost 2) and her little brother Cullen (just over 3 months). We drove down with Sarah and her daughter Anja (a week older than Cullen). The drive down went really well. We stopped twice to feed the kiddos and got there in just over 4 1/2 hours.

Madison got hit with a ton of snow on Tuesday so I took Fuzz and Tyra out on a sled ride through the golf course across the street from their house. They both loved it! Tyra wanted to go look at the x-mas trees (all the pine trees surrounding the course) and Fuzz just followed what she wanted to do. He absolutely loved the sled and would rock back and forth when I would stop trying to get it going again.

He and T didn't quite know what to think of each other at first in the sled. They both loved all the snow and stuff to look at the golf course.

The picture below is of Tyra after I taught her how to do a snow angel. She loved doing it on her tummy though and not her back.

We had such a good time, but it was funny at times as we had an almost 2 year old, almost 1 year old, and two newborns so it really did sound like a daycare. We spent most of the time making cookies (yes we are apparently 47), but I wouldn't have changed a thing!

We tried to get a picture of all four kids, but I'm not sure what we were thinking. Of course none of the kids were happy all at once, but we did at least get them all sitting still at the same time :)
This picture is Fuzz trying to put the moves on Tyra.

The drive home was a piece of cake. Both Fuzz and Anja fell asleep about 10 minutes after we left and slept until Eau Claire. We stopped and fed them (and ourselves at the local McD's) and kept rolling. Anja slept the whole rest of the way and Fuzz slept about 75%. The best part is that all the kids will be back together again in just under 2 weeks for Tyra's birthday!
