Such a big swimmer!

Ok, so I'm going to be bragging mom in this post, but I can't help it as both Fuzz and I were pretty excited from what he did today! He absolutely loves swimming lessons and has mastered going under water, kicking and "scooping" with his hands to get himself going as well floating on his back by himself (with a noodle). Today was a big one though as he swam all by himself for about 3 seconds the whole time being underwater! Before today, the teacher stood about 5 feet away and Fuzz does a "zoom" which is where he tucks his chin into his neck, shuts his mouth and goes completely underwater. The teacher would push him to get him started and I would catch him as soon as he came up. He laughs every time he comes up and loves doing his "zooms." Today, the teacher told us that we were to keep backing up and let the kids try and swim to us and demonstrated to the kids that as soon as they went underwater, they were to "kick and scoop." As soon as the teacher took Fuzz, he tucked his chin to his neck and was ready to go. The second he went under the water, you could see his legs start to churn and he swam all the way to me without me touching him! He was so proud of himself when he came up (as was his mom :). He kept saying "again, again..." because he wanted to do more.
